Yup, they were disabled. When I followed Brian's steps it prompted me if I'd like to enable PMs.
-
...I'm well aware how to get to his page lol. I'm saying there is no message option on his page...
-
Trust me, I've looked everywhere lol. Usually not an issue to find out how to PM someone. Is there a required post count to receive the PM permissions perhaps?
-
I don't have that option ha...
-
Thanks, Brian! Mind PM'ing me? For the life of me I cnanot find an option to message you... As for #2, if that is not doable, that is fine. I'll just make sure someone pulls active services at the end of the month.

Hi there - I'm in need of some custom WHMCS reporting, both requests below: 1. We'd like to be able to break out financials numbers by Product Group (if this is possible)? Currently we offer services out of three locations, they are the same service (dedicated servers) but the product group is how we split up locations. I'm running into the issue of not being able to break out financials per locations, so I'm looking for some solutions for this. 2. I'm in need of a report that shows total # of active services at the end of a given month (or even better, at any specified date). Thanks!

Looking for WHMCS Developer for projects
DMN31 replied to DMN31's topic in Service Offers & Requests
Your contact form keeps erroring when hitting submit. -
Hello, We're looking for a developer for the two below projects. The first should be a pretty small one since an API already exists to tap into, the second is a bit larger of a project though. 1. We'd like to work in a 'reboot' and possibly an 'OS reload' option into some of our customer's service pages within WHMCS. We have two types of products; Pre-built Servers and Custom Servers. The reboot/reload commands would be text/button links within their service page but it would only be on Pre-built Servers. We have an API to tap into already, so we just need to integrate it into the WHMCS service page for customers. The reboot is the main goal, the reload one is a bonus. We can discuss deeper specifics/details when contacted. 2. This one is a bit more unique but we'd like to work in the above on our services located in a different data center we operate. Currently we have a PXE server housing the OS ISOs and we have to connect via IPMI to reload these servers. We'd like to create a reboot/reload command in WHMCS that can tap into the PXE service and IPMI reboot commands. We can discuss this in more detail if you have experience in doing this. Respond with your contact details so I can reach out to discuss. Thank you

Hi everyone - Another question for the forum, hoping someone can help. We're updating customers accounts that have old services that now have an updated version in our catalog. So basically going into their product/service page and changing it to an updated version of that product so we can delete the old ones once customers are moved off of them from within WHMCS. We ran into a few that have 200-500 old customers under certain products. This would take forever to do manually like we have on the rest, so I wanted to see if there's any quick methods to do this? Thank you

Hi everyone - I wanted to see if there's any solutions for this since we've been doing it for a few years and it's getting extremely time intensive... Currently we have about 150 products, each with their owns configurable option. Reason each needs its own is because each server we sell as different configurations, some have different available config options than others as well. BUT, some are always the same on each, for example "Operating System", "Bandwidth" and a few others will always have the same options on every product. Is there any way to copy/duplicate set configs within a configurable option (so not the entire option itself, but one of them within)? Thank you

Looking for dev to make edits to the customer service page
DMN31 replied to DMN31's topic in Service Offers & Requests
Can't PM you. -
Hello, I'm looking for a dev that would be able to assist with this project. We're adding reboot functionality to our customer's product service page for their dedicated servers so once the text link is clicked it sends the reboot command to the server. There's an API already available for the calls for the reboot, so it's just a matter of implementing the link and API to our WHMCS page. Thanks

Hello - We're bringing in a developer to add a few features to customers account services page (i.e. Reboot option) for their dedicated servers. I was curious if someone could point me to which file(s) they will need to edit. I have a rough idea but I figured I would check first. If there's more information needed to answer this please let me know. Thank you

Hey Brian, Thank you for this, the data feed option actually answered a little site clean-up project I had been looking into! I wanted to begin pulling pricing in since managing price changes on 50-75 products each week was brutal. My one question, currently using the below data feed script, it pulls in the price in this format: $65.00 USD - Is it possible to pull it in without the USD? Preferably without the cents (decimals) as well but USD is fine.
-
This actually was VERY useful since I had been considering pulling pricing in - thanks! One question involving pulling pricing, is it possible to remove "USD" from the value it pulls? Currently it's pulling this in "$65.00 USD" but ideally I'd prefer "$65.00"? I'm using this data feed: <script language="javascript" src="feeds/productsinfo.php?pid=1&get=price &billingcycle=monthly"></script>
