  1. I've got everything set up correctly as far as Im concerned. pipe.php is chmod to 755 and the pipe forwarder is set correctly. But when sending tickets to the ticket email, It sends the ticket and I recieve it in the backend but it also replies with a Failed to send error which has the whole error details in it but this is the important part Now, Im quite sure that if I add the Zend Extention to the Local php.ini file it should fix it. But Im not too sure where to put it. This is the way I'ts set up: I have wordpress installed in the Main directory, and whmcs installed in the same account in a different folder. I needed to add a php.ini file to wordpress because of the way wordpress is intergrated with whmcs, and I need to place that in the wp-admin folder. But im not sure where to put one in whmcs, I also dont know if that would work. I've been working with wordpress for some years now, but I'm new to whmcs.
  2. Have you checked to see your server loads? posting a link here may also help.
  3. Hey Guys, Only just started Using WHMCS So im not sure if the Documentation Im reading was for a Previous Version of WHMCS. Im trying to add a Subdomain to User Selection when Purchasing Hosting Accounts. I've read the Documentation from Other forum posts and it apparently says that the options can be configured in the "penultimate tab" Which I have almost lost an Eyeball looking for. Could someone help me find the Settings for it? Im using the latest version of WHMCS. Thanks. Regards, Petru
  4. Hey Guys, I Would like to integrate WHMCS with Wordpress, Mainly because the design that I Want and the Tools that I'd like to use are on Wordpress. I really didn't want users having to go to a completely different domain to access their Account Etc. So Far things are good, I've Bridged the Two together and I'm down to the Customization Stage to get everything polished off in terms of Visuals. But I've already hit a problem and I have gathered upon this forum to lay my Sword to rest and get some support. I am stuck on how to change and edit the name of tabs on the Client Nav Bar. Once of the buttons is "My Support Tickets" And I'd like to shorten it down to something else because it seems too long on my Wordpress theme. I'm using the Portal Template in WHMCS I don't care much for the colors of everything in the WHMCS Customer Page because they wont be seeing it, Although the way I have WHMCS and Wordpress Bridged means that Wordpress Reads the Source for The Portal Template and Displays it in its own way over at the Wordpress site. This way if I change anything on the WHMCS Page it will take effect throughout wordpress. Is there a Simple way to change the text for the Client Area? I've tried looking in the Homepage.tpl and Clientareahome.tpl as well as the header.tpl but nothing seems to be there in terms of customizing the Client Nav. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Even if you have a better Idea on how to integrate WHMCS with Wordpress. I noticed that whmcs.com uses wordpress and has the Default template intergrated really well. Any suggestions on how I can do that would be great too!. Regards, Petru
