I'm the OP and to this date have not been able to get it to work. Support says it is an OpenSRS problem, and OpenSRS says it is the script that is the problem. I've actually given up on this one. I keep checking the forums to see if a solution pops up.

I have been trying to get OpenSRS module to work with no luck. All I get is an error message: An Error Occured - I have setup the API key, added the IP address in OpenSRS Reseller Panel, ports are open and not sure what else to do. Specially since the error message does not display any specific reason for the failure. Support says it is a problem with OpenSRS API. Has anyone been able to solve this issue? Thanks

I need to create various client custom fields. My question is, can I set those custom fields when creating a new user via the API? Thanks.. p.s. By the way, just switched over to WHMCS and am liking it quite a bit...
