I am creating a hosting account but it gives error : Module Command Error 1007 - Client with login name 'xxxxx' already exists. Kindly suggest solution.

currency unit issue after update from 5.2.12 to 5.2.13

Hi, I have updated WHMCS from 5.2.12 to 5.2.13 and now currency option for all users has been changed. All invoices and payments that were in Pak Rupees are shown in dollars now. i.e, unit of currency has been changed. New invoices generated has a unit "$" . How did it happen? can some one guide me to restore my old payment options.
