Hi, I have no problem creating a host account and generating an invoice. Problem is adding other services is like hell to me. I have already created the other services. Some require monthly like site maintenence and some like website security requiring annual fees. So this is what I do: All entered at the same date. Hosting account >> require annual renewal (no problem with this) Website security >> require annual renewal Website maintenance >> require monthly renewal After creating the host account and it's invoice where do I go to create the other two? what is the process?

I can not see my tickets. On the admin page it lists total tickets waiting but I can't see them. I have the latest update. So what could be the problem? Please see attached.

Hi, I can't down grade my PHP from 5.6.2 > 5.6. from my cpanel as there are no 5.6.2 visable. All there is 5.6 as the current version. Why isn't the upgrade 6.0.1 General Release (6.0.1-release.1) Required PHP version less than 5.6.0 ,when the current PHP version is 5.6.2 ?

Same problem here Updated then received a blank white page with some red text saying "Down for Maintenance (Err 2) An upgrade is currently in progress... Please come back soon...' Restored to original and now still saying the same error message. What hope have I got restoring it? I lost total confidence in upgrading. Site is no not functional at all. I will rais ea ticket and see if it can be fixed quickly.

In my case I have deleted the folder but still the same error message. - - - Updated - - - Ok it is working now , sorry.

Hi, I am a licensed user. When I tried to upgrade I logged in and went to upgrade page and what I thought was the latest upgrade I have downloaded. I am really totally confused with your upgrades and patches. Version numbers are really confusing. I then downloaded the full upgrade latest version on the your website (http://www.whmcs.com/members/downloads.php0) V5.1.2 and then uploaded all the files. Installation suggested to backup my database which I did then accepted the conditions etc. . It now says "Upgrade to V5.1.2 Your current version V5.2.12 " how confusing is that. After that it says "Upgrade Complete You should now delete the install folder from your web server. Click here to go to the admin area now » Thank you for choosing WHMCS!" and when I do , it now says "Down for Maintenance An upgrade is currently in progress... Please come back soon..." So I had to come over to forums to find where the latest download pages. I found this link http://www.whmcs.com/members/downloads.php?action=displaycat&catid=1 But it is asking me to pay $59.95 for the full download. Can someone please help. Hi I am in Australia and I get to reply an email support (https://www.whmcs.com/members/) one a day and I have to wait another day to receive my reply from the support. I want to know the time zone so I can stay AWAKE or set my machine clock to remind me and solve my problems through support on time rather than waiting days with back and forth. It is emails taking me weeks for only a few simple emails. Hope you can assist me my request. Thanks
