  1. Yes, we are here! During the last 12 months, our Development and Technical Support teams have only increased in numbers. There have been some security updates recently, but WHMCS 5.2.1 was released in May. This version included over 60 Feature Enhancements to the product. WHMCS 5.3, which is currently in beta, includes over 30 enhancements/improvements. We are definitely including new features along with our updates, as well as, resolving bugs. We have several inquires about the iOS mobile app. We are actively working to get the new version ready, but there have been some delays in getting it updated. Hopefully, we can provide a release date for the new version soon! Thank you for your questions!
  2. I wanted to follow-up with everyone. The fix for this problem was deployed with 5.2.13. Once you have updated, see the following steps to adjust the Maxmind service type: 1. Login to the WHMCS Admin area 2. Under Setup click on Fraud Protection. 3. Within the Fraud Protection Select Maxmind. 4. On the Maxmind setup menu, find the Service Type option and select either Standard or Premium.
  3. We have gotten this feedback from several customers. Please open a ticket with us and we can get you fixed up.
  4. I am not aware of any network outage. Are you still having a problem?
  5. I wanted to let everyone know that I've opened bug case 3641 for this problem. All the tickets listed in this thread have been updated.
  6. Thank you for your feedback! We would definitely like to get an update out for the Android App. The WHMCS product manager has been giving the mobile app, in general, serious review and pushing for the Apps to get updated. We don't have an estimate of when the update will be ready, but please be assured that we are aware of the need for an update and are working toward getting it done. If you would like to discuss the issue further, please open a support ticket.
  7. Howdy All, We have made an update to our recent blog post to publish an incremental release to the 5.1 series. Please take a look at our blog for more information: http://blog.whmcs.com/
  8. Howdy All, We've been working diligently to get the security patches for this issue out the door. As it's already been noted, we've gotten the first set of patches out. The 5.1 patches are being worked on as this post is being written. We will update this thread, the blog and Twitter then the 5.1 patches are ready. http://blog.whmcs.com/ https://twitter.com/whmcs Thank you so much for your patience.
