I am working on integrating the WHMCS pre-sales form into my website where clients will submit their presales questions on my main site without using WHMCS Pre-Sales form but having the form submitted into WHMCS support. When I fill out the form and click submit it is redirecting to a blank WHMCS Pre-Sales Contact form. Is there a way to have it just submit the ticket without having to use the WHMCS version of the form?

How is it rare in the US when most states require sales tax to be collected for the county in which the purchaser has listed as their address?
