Thanks for the help but i still get the error. All settings are correct as i can carry out transfer etc. and modify the NS. i think it is specific for the PD module

Not sure if this has been reported, but i get an error when trying to update the user details 'modify contact details' for a user in the whmcs admin panel. gives: Registrar Error Error Code: 420 - Operation failed | Cannot locate user ID ID00######
