  1. This sounds like it should work. I will give it a try and report back. Thank you.
  2. Hi Guys and Gals, Due to severity of situation, I brought on a new client without making them pay through WHMCS and set them up through WHM. So they already have a cpanel account with domain and active website running on my servers. I am ready to have my client pay for web hosting through me, but my question is how can I do this without creating a new cpanel account or anything else. I'd want them to be signed up for recurring payments through WHMCS, setup as a client there, and through my payment provider 2Checkout. Can anyone provide some options on best way to go about in doing this? I'd need to direct client to a process for them to enter in their credit card details.
  3. I have a customer with an account who had an issue and where I added a few extra months free of charge and set it to expire on 09/24/2013. I have been extremely busy and hadn't checked WHMCS for a while, but checked it today and noticed that there were no charges that came through for this account and that WHMCS marked this account as inactive, but no renewal emails or reminder emails were sent since the last time I dealt with this customer. Also, the website for this customer's account is still active with everything functioning and WHMCS seems to be reporting inaccurate data for the data size and bandwidth usage for all of my active accounts; it reflects a last update of 11/07/2013. Would anyone know the best way in handling this through WHMCS? Basically, I want to make this customer active again and send out a renewal notification for them to either pay monthly or annually.
  4. As I've been going through learning WHMCS and utilizing it somewhat successfully to my advantage, I've realized I've missed out on a huge area that I was not aware of. I ordered my integrate template service from WHMCS on 12/31/11 and at the time I would have version 5.1.2 of WHMCS, so that is how I determined my template files go that far back. However, looking at the release logs does not tell me the detailed code changes as the newer release notes do. What is the best way of finding out all the updates I am missing and being as up to date as possible with a integrated template? Furthermore, is there a way I can pay to have my template files updated? Here is what I mean: Version 5.1.2 Release Notes http://docs.whmcs.com/Version_5.1_Release_Notes#Template_Changes The following template changes have been made to system templates: 3dsecure.tpl - New method of form submission - not a required update affiliates.tpl - Removed billing cycle column clientareacreditcard.tpl - Added preserving of card type/expiry date selections on validation failure Version 5.2.3 Release Notes /default/ affiliates.tpl * Line 89 - Change of colspan from 6 to 5 bulkdomainchecker.tpl bulkdomaintransfer.tpl * Line 48 - Class change on table clientareachangesq.tpl * Removed File. Replaced with new functionality.
