ok so now its been three days since you have been given all the stuff, and more than a week since I started the request... is there an ETA on how much longer?

I have begged them to hurry up as my deal with the old hosting company ends soon, and I dont want to be stuck with no billing system and lose all my transactions and client details... every ticket takes 48h to respond to.

How can I stop cronos to invoice pending items.
Some of the products we sell take a week to activate and sometimes more, but the system keeps charging clients even though the item is still in pending status.
