A new customer signed up for a hosting account with my company and also wanted to transfer their domain to us (through resellerclub registrar) they entered their EPP code etc but the domain didnt actually transfer. In WHMCS on my to-do list it says "manual domain transfer" along with the error: "...the automated transfer attempt has failed with the following error: Error obtaining customer id" Can anyone help with this?
