Order Form Not Working after upgrading to 8.2 using any template same issue click on order now on any product it is diverting to the portal home page and cannot select other services causing same issue and template is not also with good UI as before clientarea/store/france-dedicated-servers-s ( URL for Product Group Name) But in before update Link is/clientarea/cart.php?gid=19 (Link is opening but cannot order from it ) it just keeps reloading the page

Theme is good but support is so delay and site is now suspended , bought the theme but didnt even use it as need some modifications ticket pending from 45 days and now site is suspended

Hi How can we setup a sub domain ( billing.domain.com ) to be used for all the clientarea in WHMCS and for all the links where WHMCS is installed ( domain.com/clientarea ) i have already created a sub domain and had a redirect for domain.com/clientarea in cpanel but still it is not working , but it is working if we use domain billing.domain.com only for homepage if we click any menu or any thing in clientarea it is again using url domain.com/clientarea can please somebody help me on setting sub domain ( billing.domain.com ) for all links where whmcs is installed like for if we click on client area on Home page it must use url billing.domain.com/clientarea.php & if we click on home in client area it must use url http://billing.domian.com/index.php , if we click on go to order form in client area it must go to billing.domian.com/cart.php and like this for all operations in client area it must use billing.domain.com/........php Thank you

Hi Affiliate System is not working even after activated , when a user is referred and they bought a product it is not listed under the affiliate's of the user account , may we know how to solve it in general settings > affiliates > enabled ( all are set as in below image) in user account affiliate is not added when referred user buy through affiliate link commission is not added or sign up to the user ( as in below image user affilate ) Thank you

Thank you problem solved added the title again in configurable option , now pries are correct

if client needs only means he have to select that option it is like an addon , can i know how to set it to be added only if user selects

ya we have configurable option with 15 price

have followed those steps but still having same prices

Hi we are getting price display error , even we set a price of 67 in products but in billing portal it is showing 82 , any help on this will be usefull . images are added thank you
