I have several packages that include a dedicated IP on them. The cPanel package setup has a checkbox to include a dedicated ip when I setup the packages, and it is setting up the new accounts up in WHM with a dedicated IP as they are supposed to. The problem is that when they set the account up with a dedicated IP, it still sends them the main shared ip in the welcome email in the field that says: "ip-address/~username" Any suggestions? I also can't find where I would define what IP's are available on server. Thanks, Donnie

where can I get one of the gateway dev kits from?

I am a member of a business barter exchange group and need to accept barter as a payment method so I am trying to add a new offline payment method to my whmcs. I tried to just copy my mailin.php and rename it to barter.php but it causes a corrupt file error in payment gateways in the admin. How can I add a new payment gateway module to my whmcs that is not one listed as the files are all very encrypted and I can not copy one that is existing and edit it? Thanks, Donnie

Could you possibly check it again however you are checking it to get all that info? I believe it was due to the ssl being for the url posted with the W's in place, I have reissued and installed the ssl with the W's removed from the url. Thanks a million, I appreciate your help a lot.

I am recieving this error message back from google about a payment that was made and have zero experience with what to do. I have checked the callback url and it is correct, can anyone offer any suggestions? The error in my email reads: We've made several unsuccessful attempts to send order notifications to your notification callback URL, olympiawebhosting.net/support/whmcs/modules/gateways/callback/googlecheckout.php As a result, you aren't receiving order status, risk, or other notifications.
