Can it automatically generate expenses associated with an order?

Hi, I don't see a password reset link on the checkout page for current customers? Is that "normal", if yes how can I add the link cart being encrypted I'm not sure where to look at... Can someone help me out? Thanks Thomas

Hello, Is there a module or a way to send weekly or monthly customize reporting emails? We need to send weekly/monthly personalized statistics (external and internal) to some customers, is there a module allowing that or should we write one? Can the mass mail function be automated or should we look elsewhere to add such functionality? Your experience with WHMCS is much appreciated. Thanks Thomas

I would like to set the initial price at 0 but have the customer choose among many paid options. The condition is that the order go through the payment page (or step 3) only if a minimum $ threshold is passed. Anybody sees how I could accomplish this in the simplest and WHMCS update proof way? Thank you for the link, the page suggests viewing custom fields is only through email and invoices. I was hoping they could be viewed through the admin area as well as the client area for viewing and possibly edits. I actually need them to be editable so I am not sure how to deal with that... Is there a plugin that can help me at least view the custom fields even if they cannot be edited?

Hi sorry if this is a stupid question (and I hope it is) but I looked everywhere and I can't find a way to view the custom fields of an order. The more I look the more I have the impression that there is no way to view the custom fields without customizing WHMCS, the reason I post here, is that so, really? But then how you guys know what the customers have selected, only through email? I'm confused... Please help me find the light

I actually WANT the domain to be "associated" with the service ordered. If I uncheck "require domain" the domain field disappears entirely so how a domain could be associated on invoices for example... Is the custom field then the only way to go?

The thing is that if I don't set any registrars, nor allow any domain services, and therefore don't set any pricing nor services, nor : Allow clients to register domains with you Allow clients to transfer a domain to you Allow clients to use their own domain my main domain field on the front page has no Tld to select from, and domain field seems useless. I still don't understand how to set whmcs for a non recurring non hosting service associated with a domain name, simply said that is what I am trying to accomplish. I already have resellerclub as registrar so I could set that one up if some registrar is absolutely needed although I have no intention of selling those domain services... Can someone help me out?

Hi Everyone, How can I set-up WHMCS without a domain registrar? Let me explain: although I wish customers to be able to associate their domain name with their invoice, I will not deal in any way with registration, transfer... of domain names. I just want domains to be included and associated with the service offered and nothing more. Instead of using a custom field though, I like the way the customer starts by typing his domain and go through the order process. Is there for example a sort of "non-registrar" module or a way to have WHMCS just pass on the domain name without any registrar related actions? PS: I am not selling hosting services

Hi, I am not sure if we can have 2 whmcs installed on a domain or elsewhere for customizing/testing purpose while one is in production? How do you develop or test things while in production? Thanks Thomas
