I found the solution to this!!! There are no tld's displayed in the domain name checker because you haven't set up your tld's yet. After you have your domain registrar set up go to: Admin > Configuration > Domain Pricing Once you have configured a tld, refresh your user end page. THERE IT IS!

I have empty tld's too. How is this fixed?

Thanks so much! I am so used to doing things the hard way! It's nice to see scripts written with the admin in mind as well as the end user!

2 - Things 1st - Can there be a section in the forum for questions? none of these forum topics applied to a simple question. 2nd - I want to modify the format of how the date is displayed. Which file is this in?
