  1. Hi, What I've found it seems to depend on the email address from your Paypal account you use. If it is the main email address seems to be fine and if you use any other email gives you an error about invalid receiver email. Jonathan Hamon

  3. Hi, I've just ugraded to the latest WHMCS version 4.1.2. Every time I login to admin area I get notes popup. This was reminding me to setup cron job. I deleted the text for this and saved. I still get the popup but now no text. How do I prevent this being displayed. Jonathan Hamon

Hi, It seems that when a client pays an outstanding invoice a payment receipt is issued which bears a different number to the one of the invoice. how can I get this to show the invoice number to which the payment relates. Many of my clients are complaining that thye are finding this confusing and difficult to balance the invoices against the payments made. Jonathan Hamon

  7. Hi, Seems the problems are more severe than I first thought. Most admin links seem to be OK but almost no client links work and a few that do load extremely slowy. If I revert to a fresh install of 3.6.0 then it works fine but then I have not clients, servers, invoices etc. When I restore database everything on the client side seems to be broken again.   8. Hi, Just upgraded to 3.60 and now I can view printable version of invoices and clients cannot view or make payment of invoices. What is the problem and how do I fix this. Jonathan Hamon
  9. Hi, My preferred option is to host support on a separate VPS only for support and online chat. I've also managed to install and configure Cerberus V4 FREE license support desk for this. This version allow you to have multiple email addresses and 3 staff memebers with the FREE license. This can be run either as an email only option or with a web interface where clients can login, create, and manage tickets. Jonathan Hamon
  10. Hi, Do the HELM 3 and HELM 4 modules just create the users/accounts as per plans already setup or does it also include things like suspend, unsuspend, and account terminations as well. Jonathan Hamon

  13. Hi, I'm trying to use the WHM Import utility but I keep getting a time out error. Is there a way to increase the time given to connect or some other way around this. Socket Connection Failed (Connection timed out - 110) Jonathan Hamon
  14. Hi, I would happily settle for the ability to just purchase these using the API which looking at the RegisterFly documentation should make it a lot easier to do.
