Hello all, firstly, thank you for any and all help. I have a bit of a problem with my invoicing. Invoices are not automatically being created 14 days before due date as i have setup in whmcs. I have to manually click the generate invoices button at the admin home page to generate the invoices that should have automatically generated. when i go to my cpanel i am showing the cronjob: 0 9 * * * php -q /home/sales/public_html/order/admin/cron.php i am using cent os and the current whm build. I also have the latest whmcs installed. any suggestions?

nice! can i ask what you posted to BBB. i changed my bank account # to prevent them from stealing my money, they sent a letter saying that i owe $25 for the monthly fee and a $30 late fee warning that failure to pay will prevent me from accepting credit card payments. lol, they wont be seeing a cent. i may file a complaint though to get this officially taken care of and to make the community and BBB as a whole, realize the scope of ODC's wrong doing.

Credit card payments failing but still getting charged
FearlessG1 replied to FearlessG1's topic in Using WHMCS
to confirm, that was the only issue. I was provided with a new gateway script that increased the time before a timeout occured. everything works perfectly now. I used this link to sign up for cdg, i chose the kings package. so far i couldnt be more happy with cdg and their quantum gateway. During business hours cdg responds to my emails within minutes. Also gotta say I am loving whmcs. I was using mb v5 thinking it was the easiest and most affordable choice but i was obviously wrong. http://www.cdgcommerce.com/holiday_promo.php?A=470&PID=7 -
class action suit anyone? has anyone received a contract when requested?? I changed my bank account number yesterday and informed chase to not allow any further transactions as i will notify all authorized parties of my new account #. I will eat the $25 that was STOLEN from me, but they will not get another cent out of me.

Credit card payments failing but still getting charged

i believe so, as far as i know i just enter my login id and transaction key for my gateway, other than that i don't know that there is anything else needing to be setup. -

Whoops, sorry, i am using cdg with quantum gateway. also, this was a live transaction, everything is set to live and i was really charging the credit card. my whmcs is a trial license with over 10 days left still. -
I think cdgcommerce uses UBC. as for this whole odc mess, I talked to bluepay again because i still had not received my refund of $25 that i was charged (i faxed a letter requesting refund as instructed to by them). I was told that odc was no longer issuing refunds and they pretty much told bluepay to shove it. off the record i was told to change my bank account numbers, and tell the bank that my account information has been compromised, and i will notify all of the authorized persons of my new account #, and to deny an charges to the old account. I was told that if odc attempted to pursue merchants for cancellation fees, that they would have a class action suit on their hands, and they would not want everyone complaining to their district attorney.

Hello all. I am done switching from the bug fest that was MB, i have to say I'm loving whmcs so far. I have a bit of a problem though that hopefully can get worked out quickly. Doing to test sign ups, i was getting the message: This is a notice that a recent credit card payment we attempted on the card we have registered for you failed." after trying to make a payment. i tried twice more and got the same message. i went to look at my gateway, and it had processed and approved all 3 transactions. however whmcs was still saying the invoice was unable and no cards would go though. Can anyone get me started in the right direction to get this fixed? Thanks all!

thanks Topgun!

Topgun, that is exactly what i needed. did you check the :Check to use RestrictKey to Restrict QGWdbengine and Transparent QGWdbengine usage. button there as well or should i just leave that unchecked, press generate key, then press update? also, does your batch settlement time in quantum show you the time you have set for it? mine says 00 for hours and nothing for the rest, i can change it and press update but when i go back to that page it says 00 again. does it do that for you as well? also after i click generate key, then update, then go back to the page, there is no key listed there. is that correct as well? Thanks Topgun!

thanks Roger. Anyone out there with cdg/quantum gateway that can help me with this?
-
Thank you for the reply. However i am still not sure what to use. I have cdg login to my merchant account, i have quantum gateway login id and password to my gateway. but am not sure how or where to generate the transaction key that whmcs is asking for.

Hi all. I am new to WHMCS, switching from the bug loaded MB v5. So far i am loving how everything is laid out. seems very simple and seems to do what its supposed to without messing everything up. I am currently setting up my payment gateway but cannot find any documentation on how to do so. I have chosen cdg commerce from the list of payment gateways, and now i am not sure what info i should be using for my login id and transaction key. can anyone with this setup walk me through which login info i am supposed to use and where i get the transaction key from (step by step please). Thanks All!
