  1. You'll need to contact blockchain.info about that.
  2. I use IP.Board for my forum solution. Its renewal price has never gone up. I no longer use WHMCS for web hosting, but for client management, billing, and software sales. However, when I used it for web hosting, the monthly costs my servers have never gone up. Costs and fees go up all the time. But when you sell someone a product with a given renewal price, you don't jack up the renewal price. It's just not a thing that happens. Nobody sells web hosting and then just arbitrarily increases the monthly prices for existing clients. They change the price for new orders.
  3. While yes, some of the comments here are over the top, at least they're not actively trying to derail the topic at hand... I don't think most people here would be broken over an additional $50 / year. I think we're mostly just upset that we purchased a product, with the understanding that we would be able to obtain continued support and updates for $x. Now that price is changing, going back on the established (but not legally-bound) deal.
  4. I think it would be reasonable to grandfather existing, active Support + Updates subscriptions. Meaning that if you renew on time every year it's $44.95, but if you let it lapse and have to order it anew, it'll be the new higher price.
  5. No. They're not going back on any legal agreements or anything, but there's an understanding that when a product is sold and advertised that support+updates will be renewable at $44.95 per year, it won't arbitrarily increase.
  6. While WHMCS was originally designed for web hosting, it's far outgrown that now. I don't sell any hosting but I use it to invoice and bill clients, sell licensed software, etc. At this new price, it's cost prohibitive for me to continue using it (and getting updates). Not to mention the fact that they sold the product with the understanding that it's $44.95 per year to get support and updates, and they're now going back on what they sold.
  7. Well, it won't lock you out of your admin panel if you let it lapse.
  8. I wholeheartedly agree. I've had an owned license since 2013, and a leased license for a year before that. I've been met with nothing but nickel-and-dime practices. Additional $75 to hide branding. $2.99 monthly for an iPhone app. $2.99 monthly for an Android app. $1.50 monthly to enable a security feature which is built on open standards (TOTP). $50 annually to get security fixes for a piece of software which seems to have no shortage of vulnerabilities. And now they have the audacity to more than double the price of a service that they laughably call "optional". Imagine if Microsoft charged $100 per year for security updates for Windows? Not to mention the fact that $44.95 was the agreed annual renew price on purchase. I'll be looking for something else.
  9. I guess I don't have email notifications enabled for this thread. To disable it for an admin, login to your database with something like phpMyAdmin (most hosts have this installed by default), switch to your WHMCS database, and enter the tbladmins table. From there, find the row with your admin username and note its ID. Finally, go to mod_oath_admin and delete the row with the same adminid. Also, I've just released version 1.3.0 which adds a checkbox to the admin interface's client profile page to disable two-factor authentication for specific users.
  10. Honestly, I think you're barking up the wrong tree. If you want to process any digital currencies that aren't Bitcoin, you won't be able to use Blockchain.info, and that's all this module expects. If you want the documentation for building your own module, it's available here.
  11. Blockchain.info has disabled their shared wallet service. Don't use the shared wallet option as it will cause all payments to fail.
  12. Thanks for the donation! You don't need any of the .hg files.
  13. It seems that that error is caused by Blockchain.info returning an unknown response. Can you try again and make sure you're up to date?
  14. It doesn't appear that I'm receiving emails when a post is added to this thread. The gateway should work as of the newest update. If you want to report an issue, please use the issue tracker, where I will receive a notification.
