it seems every time I upgrade WHMCS with a major update it fails! any help would be great I don't have time to wait for Support team to take a look... Hi there, I know there are tons of emails with this type of error, but I have tried all the solutions described there and I still can get rid of the email auto responder to the sender with an error declaration. The thing is that the ticked it is opened ok, So I don't want to send that auto responder to the email sender. I just updated to whmcs 6.0 issue happened after the update. I am having a issue each month where all the Credit cards should auto charge on the first of the month but instead what has been happening is it will charge 10 customers on the 8/1 then 12 customers on 8/2 ,etc until all the customers that should be charge on 8/1 are charged. what also will happen is the last customer to get there Credit Card charged on 8/1 will then get charged again first on 8/2 i have figured out it is the Cron Job that must be either Timing out or erroring out. I also get a e-mail error on those days that it's not fully batching out, listed below. I am on the lastest Verison of WHMCS 5.3.8 i contacted tech support they check my logs said everything is fine and told me to remove my addon's which i remove them all but it still does the same thing, I tried increasing my PHP memory to 256 and increase the execution time to 1200 in php5.ini not sure how to change it in just whmcs. all those things do not seem to fix it does any one else have any ideas. right now i need to keep running my Cron Job and then voiding the duplicate Transactions. i just upgrade to the latest 5.2.1 and am having a issue now i use the livedrive addon https://www.whmcs.com/appstore/301/Livedrive-Backup-Module.html purchase here and after the upgrade when someone trys to sign up it says "Array" in red. if i remove the Validation for e-mail /\w+([-+.']\w+)*@\w+([-.]\w+)*\.\w+([-.]\w+)*/ and for password /^[a-z0-9!@#$%^&*d_]{6,28}$/i which is located under Products/Services / edit product /custom field/ validation it does work and create an account but the customer could type in a e-mail like 123123.cox.net and it would allow it, what is the correct Regular Expression Validation String for these two items? or is it correct? Total agree i am also having issues, in future roll out updates slowly don't send a e-mail out scaring everyone saying your unsecured then they update and nothing works i have spent a crap load of time trying to fix a bunch of issues and still no luck, Be more like word press one button it's upgraded and its done no issues and i have 10 times as many addon's in wordpress and that was free this cost me a lot of money!

I have a website filetobackup.com, i have seen a similar website using WHMCS, cloudelephant.com they have a "14 - Free trial" right on the Home Page i would like something like that on my homepage as well. Right now for the customer to start a free trial they have to type in a crap load to just try it. they might have used this addon QuickBuy https://www.whmcs.com/members/communityaddons.php?action=viewmod&id=21#discussion but i am not 100% sure. i'm not sure if someone can quickly look at there source code and tell me if that is what they did or what?
