  1. @WHMCS ChrisD Authorize.net did something today because we were unable to process payments via their API again. Using latest root certs from the github file you shared helped and resolved the issue so thank you for sharing that. Brian
  2. According to the following article, Authorize.net is making a change to their SSL Certificate. Please see: https://support.authorize.net/s/article/How-do-I-obtain-Authorize-Nets-SSL-Certificate-for-my-host-solution-provider Does anything need to happen with WHMCS' Authorize.net modules to make sure this doesn't impact your users? The reason why I am asking is they evidently tried doing this today and caused an outage with our payment processing using the Authorize.net Accept.JS module. This happen with others as well according to Downdetector.com. The error message I received and others was: SELF_SIGNED_CERT_IN_CHAIN Please advise. Brian
  3. Is anyone using the Authorize.net Accept.js with no problem? We moved to this gateway several months ago from the standard WHMCS Authorize.net payment module and we continue to have problems with this module. The documentation stated the migration process to Authorize.net Accept.js was supposed to be seamless and we found it was not. We have seen the following behavior: 1. While most credit card information data is migrated to Authorize.net Accept.js at the time of payment processing, about 10% of them are not. 2. The migration process is supposed to remove the old card information from the WHMCS database. For about 10% of those successfully moved to Authorize.net's CIM, the old credit card information still remained behind and we have to remove it from the admin side as the client side does not display it. 3. We are still having problems with trying to apply manual payments to invoices with the following error: Error Message => Customer Profile ID or Customer Payment Profile ID not found. This typically happens to accounts that have 2 or more payment methods setup. When trying to use the other payment methods, we receive the same error and end up having to remove ALL of them. This then has the client having to log into their client area in order for them to recreate their payment methods. This is causing headaches with our clients where before we had NO PROBLEMS at all using the older Authorize.net gateway.
  4. I agree. I think this is a WHMCS problem and they need to fix it. Also someone on cPanel's community said downgrading to curl 7.66 did not fix the issue.
  5. I started receiving the following error message on all enom domains this morning via WHMCS: Registrar Error CURL Error: 56 - OpenSSL SSL_read: Success I notice that the nameservers for these domains are not being pulled from the Enom server. Nothing has changed on my end and I am pretty sure it is an issue on Enom's end. However I am wondering if anyone else is seeing this. Brian
  6. Does anyone have whois server entry for .kiwi? Thanks, Brian
  7. Is anyone else having an issue with the new WHMCS eNom New TLDs module that was released very recently? When I go to submit my watchlist (by clicking the Watch Domains button), I get the following error: The requested URL /Login.aspx was not found on this server. Brian
  8. Hello Community: I have a layout issue that I am wondering if anyone else has it. When I enable feature highlights (by the use of colons) for a product that is using the modern order form template, the feature boxes align fine except for the one that falls under the pricing of the product. The box that comes up under the pricing drops down from the the others because the pricing/billing cycle takes up two lines instead of one. Is there anything that can be done about that? Thanks, Brian
  9. Thank you Sparky. I knew I was missing something. My spidey sense is hardly ever wrong. Brian
  10. I had a client who transferred 3 domains to my registration service. The only issue is he paid for 3 years when he initiated the transfer. I know a transfer will only renew the domain name for 1 year. Will WHMCS renew the domain names for 2 more years once the transfer process is approved and completed or will I have to renew those domain names manually for 2 more years each? If manually, then why is there an option to select multiple years for a domain name transfer and is there a way to disable that? Am I missing something here because my spidey sense is going off. Thanks, Brian
  11. Thanks Vox. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing some setting within the administrative end of WHMCS. Brian
  12. Hi All: Is there a way to disable a client from resetting and viewing their cPanel password via their client area? I don't need this on all of our packages but on some I do. Thanks, Brian
