Please report bugs to help@opensrs.com as domainlookup.php is a file we install with our module, not WHMCS.

Hi Eric, We use our own whois servers so you must ensure all our template files and domainlookup.php file is uploaded properly.

Hi Eric, If you disable our module, our custom files must also be removed otherwise you will receive these errors since they cannot locate our plugin anymore. This is how our module functions at this time.

Problem solved! WHMCS was using a different IP then what was authorized for API use.

Hi Si, Please email help@opensrs.com so we can troubleshoot this issue for you. Try adding the domains IP as well as the shared IP as sometimes not having both can cause an issue.
