  1. tutorials.php shows a list of CPANEL tutorials, NOT WHMCS tutorials.
  2. Hi, Is there any WHMCS tutorials that can be used by the hosting end-users? For example, the tutorial will tell them how to change DNS, change WhoIs, add account credit etc. This will save a lot of support tickets/calls. Of course I can create one with the screenshots....but before putting any effort just making sure that I am not re-inventing the wheel. Please let me know if any such customer-side tutorials exist for WHMCS. Thanks in advance for all your help. - Chris.
  3. WHMCS doesn't have a built-in Live Chat (another advantage of Kayako eSuite).
  4. So, do you import the transactions for each customer in QB -- OR -- do you just add the TOTAL "Amount In" each day (in that case, no customer data gets in QB)? Thanks, Chris.
  5. A simple CSV export of all the PAID invoices should be good enough. The exported data should contain the entire content of invoice (including the payment transaction IDs + customer ID/name/email). This CSV will give an accurate picture of what the customer purchased.
  6. Hi, Whenever I register a new domain thru WHMCS, the Privacy Protection is disabled for that new domain. What's the way to change this default behavior to "enable"? How to automatically enable Privacy Protection for all newly registered domains? Thanks, Chris.
  7. Thanks a lot for the helpful tip. But, I meant to give access to ADMINS ONLY & not for the customer logins. Seems like "$loggedin" flag is for the client login ONLY...so, how can I get the flag for ADMIN login? Thanks.
  8. Hi, Is there a way to make the serverstatus.php private, so that it's not viewable publicly? Thanks.
  9. Nope, not yet. My auto termination never worked. So, I terminate them manually as necessary. A little annoyance though, but not a big deal.
  10. Hi Matt, Any update on this one? Thanks, Chris.
  11. When I click the Terminate button in WHMCS for those SAME accounts, WHMCS successfully terminates those accounts from server without any error. That's why I am puzzled about this issue. Any thoughts? Thanks, Chris.
  12. Hmmm...That's really strange. WHMCS can automatically suspend those SAME accounts, then why can't it terminate them? Is there any log that will tell me the error WHMCS is facing during termination? Thanks for your quick reply, Matt. - Chris.
  13. Hi Matt, When the time comes to terminate the accounts from CPanel (due to non-renewal), I get the cron mail notification (WHMCS Cron Job Activity daily email), which says "Manual Terminate Required: John Doe - domainxxxx.com (Due Date: xx/xx/xxxx)". Why doesn't WHMCS automatically terminate those accounts? By the way, auto-suspension works fine. I have already checked "Enable Termination" option in Automation Settings screen, and have also set "Termination Days" = 7. Please advice. Thanks, Chris.
  14. Hi Matt, Any updates on WhoIsCart import scripts? It will be really great to have it. Thanks, Chris.
