Community, Is there a way to prevent the notification emails from being sent? If a customer is downgraded by us to a specific service we don't want the normal notifications to be sent. I'm hoping there is a hook because I can't find an option through the Admin UI. Richard

Our goal is to use WHMCS to manage domains and have a Plesk DNS-only subscription automatically created for each client. We currently resell domains, and various levels of Plesk services such as email hosting and web hosting. We believe that we need to have a lower level of subscription with DNS Hosting features only, which can be upgraded to the other Plesk services. However, we are unsure how to require the client to add the free DNS Hosting subscription when registering/transferring a domain, and not confuse them with the upgraded email/web hosting options. We already know that we do not want to use any of the WHMCS-hosted DNS solutions because we will be migrating away from WHMCS soon due to the change in service fees.
