  1. Hi, So you can send the new order emails to a specific location. We are not really a small company and need the order emails to go one place for the accounts team to take care of. From what I can see thus far, all admins get them, which is not good as that will spam people who do not need them and if we setup an email address to CC all emails to, it will send the new order emails, along with all the other spam emails. So I am looking for a way to send the new order email to a specific email address, without sending all other emails there too. Thanks! -Lane
  2. Hi Guys, Is there an option to set where the "new order" emails are sent. Currently we are using ClientExec and we have it set to send a copy of the order to our support system. Is there a way to do this in WHMCS without just having it CC everything to it? -lane
  3. Hi Guys, I am looking into the TCAdmin module and have a question in regards to how to handle this scenario. We have multiple TCAdmin master servers, each in different locations. Therefore we have local Masters for each location, IE USA, Europe, Russia Is it possible to configure the automation so that it will pick the proper Master server and then install to the proper location under that master? I know CPanel you can do a round robin setup, but our scenario is more complex than that. Is TCAdmin module able to handle this, if not can it be setup do so? Thanks!

  5. I have not seen any apparent way to do this, however I could be missing somthing. Is there a way to make folders in the download section, as to help add organization to it. Rite now having one hug page of download is just about worthless if you have any more than just a few. Never be able find what you are looking for. Please advise. Lane

  7. Im not sure I understand the pricing. If i setup the pricing in the "configurable options", how do I set it so it is re-occuring. If I set re-occuring on the "pricing" page, I need to insert an exact amount, therefore killing my configurable options page. Do I just need to set a small price in the "pricing" page, then add as much need to the "configurable Oprions" page to make the price I need? If so, thats going to be confusing as hell for clients.   8. Hi, I was searching around the forums on ways to make this useful for game servers and its looks very promising with TCadmin support. However, I was reading here: whmcs.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3310 on how i can do th drop down box for slot selection, however how can I use this and still have tcadmin auto setup the server? EDIT: I have found more information in the manual, of all places rite. This has brought me to this question, because the information is to be added on configurable options, will whm send all the setting to tcadmin for auto setup? Next, I do you set it up so people can choose a billing term for re-occuring, as all prices are set in the configurable options, I dont see how I am to set that under pricing. Thanks. Lane
