I saw a cheaper WHMCS licence on a whmcs reseller, about 11$ but without WHMCS licence panel and ability to download new versions, whats that? please explain it to me. And next: how can i be an official reseller for WHMCS in my country? and what are the benefits for me if i have good sales for it?

i have the save problem. in order to start a new account your right but what if anyone wants to transfer files between accounts after creation of them? is there any solutions for that? thanks.
