Hey everyone,
I just recently ordered WHMCS for my hosting site and I uploaded all the files to my server. I proceeded to run the installation URL and I am now at the point where I need to enter the details for my database. I added the db in the cpanel and entered the details correctly in the installation file. I click on Continue and I receive an error stating "Could not connect to the database - check the database connection details you entered and go back and correct them if necessary". I also get this error in my cPanel:
"cannot connect to the database because: ' . mysql_error());
mysql_select_d" -- I personally don't think this isn't normal to have errors in the cpanel. If anyone could help me so I can install whmcs, I'd appreciate it..
