Hi, I have some customers who have older bills late (arrears for 60 days for example). I wonder if there is a hook so you can automatically send the customer a warning that the invoice is overdue. For example, setting the entire invoice is 60 days past due, receives an e-mail using a specific template. An example: I have a client with the name of John. This client, always when you make a request for whmcs interface (Option -> Product / Services> New Service Order) NEW this request would be automatically created for that customer, even if not yet made the payment. I know that now you can configure it directly in the product (config products) but I wonder if you can make it for client.
