resellerclub say that I need to use my personal IP not that of the website is this correct

I am using a C-Class IP would this cause a problem?

I have just set up my WHMCS and trying to integrate with resellerclub, I have taken my first order which payment and account ect have been done. But when I check resellerclub it hasn't processed the order. Here is what I have done so far gone to domain registrar in the set up tab, selected resellerclub from the drop down menu, then put in my ID and password. then I went in to my Cpanel and created a cron job for every 5 min which I will change later but for the sake of a test. this is all I have done is there any need for anything else
