  1. yes, I logged into the client area, and then I went to the link for support, filled out the online form, and then hit submit and I get the error.
  2. I have been trying to send a message to support, as I don't want to send it in a public forum and I get a error saying I am not allowed to post. this is the exact error message: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /submitticket.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apache/1.3.36 Server at support.whmcs.com Port 80
  3. thanks, I answered it myself by trying it. Thanks for the earlier reply.
  4. so with my support@mydomain.com that I have been using all along prior to buying this script, I should delete that from add/remove accounts and just go with the forwarder for support?
  5. I have the script functioning for the most part. I just want to know if I set up different departments like abuse, support, sales, etc. do I have to setup a separate email address for each of these in my cpanel, or can I simply go to the forwarding area of cpanel and forward them with the piping information? If I just forward 'abuse' to the whmcs script, will it work without me creating first the email address abuse@mydomain.com within add/remove mail accounts? Or do they actually have to be email addresses? Thanks
