  1. I did just notice that the pages forced over ssl are trying to use the ssl from old url, even though I updated https url....uggg
  2. I recently moved my install to a subdomain on a new domain. I followed the instructions, updated license, config, etc. I doubled checked this too: tblconfiguration: Change the values for entries: SystemURL SystemSSLURL LogoURL DomainURL But I cannot get any page other than home to load, they all 404. What am I missing?
  3. I deactivated my Authorize.net gateway because I signed up for the CIM today. I activated that module and tried to sign up a new client. I received this error....Remote Transaction Failure. Please Contact Support I tried again and same thing. So just to be sure all info was correct, I tried setting up an account with my own card and got this error... The credit card details you entered were declined. Please try a different card or contact support. I paid to have everything configured and I am finding things that weren't set up and the most important part, taking orders, is not working. Please help.
  4. I purchased the CIM on my authorize.net account this morning. Then I activated that module and deactivated the regular authorize.net module. I did not have any clients set up at this time. I then added three clients with their info and cc numbers. I downloaded the script and put in my whmcs folder. I clicked to start the process and got this message... User ID 1 Transfer Failed User ID 2 Transfer Failed User ID 3 Transfer Failed Migration Completed Why is this? After I get this properly migrated and assign/manually order the product each client has, how do I push the system to bill them today?
  5. I am in the same predicament. I had WHMCS installed in sub folder because I was going to use a wordpress front end for styling, but now I am thinking of just running whmcs because styling and integrating seems to be too much. Can you possibly tell me how to move around the installations or what you would charge to do it? Thanks, Scott
