  1. We are currently experiencing an issue where clients can't open support tickets. As all our support operates through WHMCS's system this is a major issue for us. This is the error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ticketsummary() in /home/jcsrvcp/public_html/includes/ticketfunctions.php on line 698 Our provider already gave us a new ticketfunctions.php file which didn't work. I was wondering if anybody had a solution for this? Failing that, is it easy to downgrade WHMCS to a more stable version. We've had a high priority ticket open for a while now but there has been no investigation.
  2. Hi, We've recently moved our WHMCS install to a new server and we have an odd problem we're trying to puzzle out when ordering cpanel/WHM services. When submitting an order, WHMCS will send an invoice confirmation email, new order notification email, create the account in WHM, and then time out with the error: "503 Service Unavailable: The server is busy, please try again later". The order just stops, at which point we have to manually process it to get the welcome emails sent. Obviously this is not what we want users to see. We've tried increasing the max execution time for scripts, but this doesn't seem to work. WHMCS support so far haven't been able to sort this. Has anyone else encountered this problem before?
