  1. Hi this isn't working for me. I've completely removed the 3rd party module and deleted all its files and removed it in WHMCS payments section. I've downloaded a fresh version of whmcs and uploaded to my server the Gocardless module and files. Then before installing and activating your official module I've then also moved all the subscriptionid values from my old module table to your tblclients.gatewayid field in phpmyadmin. This took ages as I didn't want to do it in an automated way with a command and wipe out any credit card or other payment types - so I went through doing them all individually. I then activated the new GoCardless module and completed the auto-setup routine. Then I deactivated the temporary gateway that I used to switch all my direct debits to and clicked the option for them to now use GoCardless. But now when I try to capture a payment or run the cron I get errors like this: Can you please help as I now have barely no invoice payments coming in at all other than the few on other payment types. I now only use your official module so have also requested support from your WHMCS support team however I'm worried they just keep with the "We don't support 3rd parties" stance - though now I only use WHMCS and their official module hopefully they *should* help as I don't use any 3rd parties...
  2. I'm still very interested in this and would be willing to pay towards it to WHMCS or a 3rd party if it could be developed. I realise GoCardless is great and I'll also add this as a payment option to my site once it's ready as an official module, but would be more interested in setting up direct debits with the facilities already in place with my bank. I already pay monthly for a business account so it makes sense if it is possible?
  3. Hi thanks for all the replies. I've since had the company incorporated and will keep looking for solutions. Thanks for all the help, everyone in WHMCS community seems very active and helpful.
  4. That sounds good but the module doesn't seem to have been released yet? Also they take a commission and set up charge, I realise 1% is good but my bank allow me to collect direct debits so I wondered if there was a way to capture bank details to simply allow customers to set up a direct debit to my company and not through a 3rd party? If if I then have to submit the details to my bank or something... Not sure how it works with receiving direct debits like this. Thanks for any help.
  5. Hi does anyone know of a way to accept Direct Debit setting up for clients with my Santander UK business bank account? This would be popular as Santander hold a lot of UK accounts now and as WHMCS can accept Credit Card details to store for manually entry surely a Direct Debit entry would be the next useful addition? I'm hoping there is a community modification or addon to enable this as I don't want to pay more commission or charges, it would be nice if I could use PayPal less and have direct debits setup up on the site - it would also be cleaner dealing straight to my bank rather than more 3rd parties etc... Thanks for any help...
  6. Hi I just wondered if there is a way to turn on Whois opt-out for all domains when users register or buy domains through my WHMCs. I realise I'm a reseller and not a registrar as such, but if I'm trying to resell and add $1 on the costs of the domain and then a user does a whois they can see where I'm buying the domains from and can transfer to them directly. This is not really fair when my registrar is offering reselling domains as a supplier, there should really be a way to let my clients believe the services are with me and not through my supplier? Thanks for any help or advice.
