This happened again this month. It's really annoying my customers. Anyone???

Yesterday I had a bunch of invoices sent out, anywhere between $1.36 and $87 for overages. But NONE of my packages have the "Overages Billing - Tick to enable" checkbox checked. Is this yet another bug caused by the recent patches?

So I searched and found lots of people asking this question. The answer was always "Go to Setup -> General -> Logo URL and leave it blank" The problem is mine IS blank. My templates don't say anything about adding a logo either. And yet all the emails that go to customers have this: <a href="http://www.blahblah.com" target="_blank"><img src="" alt="BLAH BLAH Hosting Services" border="0" /> I don't know how to get rid of it. Any ideas?
