Upgrade to 7.6 Database Error

I cannot seem to get past this error during the upgrade. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am good on compatibility for the install. Has anyone come across this? SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY' (SQL: insert into `tbltransientdata` (`name`, `data`, `expires`) values (cronComplete, 1, 1543553107))
