Hi, In short WHMCS is my backend system only. I have a wordpress front end modified using iframes to display specific client information. I wonder if it is possible to display WHMCS data without frames? The wordpress & WHMCS installation is on the same server root/(Wordpress) root/whmcs i suppose in my ind im thinking of a way to connect my pages to the wordpress database somehow so i can show things like {$clientsdetails.firstname} {$clientsdetails.lastname} etc on any page? thanks

Like many people we don't exclusively use WHMCS for website hosting, domain sales. We have intigrated all of our product selling using WHMCS. I am in the middle of customising the client area quite extensively with a very simplistic approach to client information. At present i have a number of bubbles that display specific information like number of support tickets open, numbr of domain names active and current account balance. My next stage is to display specific services active or purchased. For example we also sell Google Apps for Business to clients. We have a product group named 'Google Apps' and would love to display this in the client area to show if this is active. In a similar way using something like {$clientsstats.productsnumactive} maybe {$clientsstats.products*customproduct*numactive} any ideas on how to achieve something like this? thanks

+1 on this. I also find invoices are not marked as paid automatically after GC collects payment. Another big problem this causes is clients are unable to upgrade/downgrade services until invoices are clear causing a bottle neck and loss of revenue

Hi guys I searched the forums but can't find anything and before submitting a ticket i wanted to ask the community first. I am integrating WHMCS not only for hosting / domains but also other products. I have reached a limitation when using Configurable Options & Product Add ons that i am unable to get around according to the pre sales team. As such Product add ons do not support quantities. I am now attempting to setup my add ons as individual products but wonder if WHMCS can force a product on to a customer after selecting the initial product? For example, my customer purchases Google Apps for Business however they can not complete the purchase without the additional product Google Apps for Business Support. Rather than this be an option, it should be mandatory. If possible please help me get started, finally if the mandatory product can also match the original product quantity as configured in "Configurable Options" that would be awesome. I just got started with the Configurable options & addons with WHMCS however i am a little confused about something. 1. I have a product called "Enterprise" for example 2. I have a configurable option to allow the user to select a quantity, so for example 10 x £50 this works fine 3. I have a product add on called "Enterprise Support" for example, the intention is to allow the user to tick this add on and have the addon match the same quantity as the configurable option. For example 10 x £50 for Enterprise & if Enterprise Support is selected add 10 x £5 giving a total of £550 + tax of course Instead the addon is being calculated once so it is 10 x £50 + 1 x £5 How can i achieve this without asking the user to enter two quantities? I do not want users selecting 10 Enterprise accounts and thinking they save money by adding only 5 support accounts, support is per user in this case. ps. this is not a hosting product. thanks for your help

Hi Tim, I get a similar error 2402 insufficient credits! Although i can confirm enough credits on the account, i have spoken with Heart Internet who require "full XML sent and received including log in frames" Although im unsure how to get this information? Can WHMCS help?

Not to cause a rift between our American cousins but lets face it.... I think this side of the pond (England) should know how to spell our own words correctly.. just saying Next you will want to add a "z" to Organise??? lol
