  1. Hello. Everything is installed properly as I have been using the module perfectly fine for some time now. However, I recently started seeing this error that prevents customers from being able to pay. The error shows "No Such Customer." I have not made any configuration changes or anything. Is this a known bug with the module? Thanks.
  2. Hello, Our recurring billing still does not work. In fact, there is not even an option for that. Does this module support recurring billing?
  3. We have properly installed and configured everything as indicated in the readme. However, it appears we are still getting the issue where it will show the Credit Card Payment Failed for first transaction and then second transaction it will go through successfully (if credit card info is truly accurate). Also, anyone else having trouble with recurring billing?
  4. I've noticed this same exact thing. We are also using a custom WHMCS template and that may be why? Did you get this fixed? If so, how? Also -- I cannot get recurring billing to work. I know customers can enter their credit card information into my WHMCS and store that, as it stores as a security token. But, it doesn't appear they are getting charged automatically for their next invoice.
  5. Wow, we definitely need this here on WHMCS. We were forced to switch from WHMCS to HostBill due to their full compatibility with OnApp. As of recent, the fiasco with HostBill has made us rethink of our billing platform and we may move back to WHMCS depending on their decision to become fully compatible with OnApp.
  6. Hello Gianna, welcome to the forums. I hope to see you around! WHMCS +1!
  7. Which OVH module are you using?
  8. I'm not sure if this is only in v5, but we have upgraded to v5. I don't know if the problem was there in versions before. We realized Google Checkout fees were not being recorded in the WHMCS transactions. Also, if 2Checkout cancels an order / refunds automatically, it does not get recorded in WHMCS either. 2Checkout may cancel an order for fraud and automatically refund the client, but WHMCS does not get notified of this, and we have to manually check to see if the order was refunded or cancelled. This problem also occurs with Google Checkout. Anyone having these problems too?
