Thanks for your replies they where very helpful. I do have 1 problem, I want to be able to offer 30 day trials rather than money back, and what i used to do is issue voucher codes which would give a discount which was equivalent to the monthly price, unfortunately this does not work on prorata as people will either get a discount and have to pay for the following months days, or they will only get the discount for a few days and then have to pay the full price for the next month. Could someone please help me with this problem. Thanks

Can someone please explain IN PLAIN ENGLISH how the pro rata system works and explain how the mathematics behind the billing works. Im really confused by it at this stage. I want all clients to pay on the 1st of every month, so can someone please help me to set this up. YOUR HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED!
