I am using the 15 day trial. I followed directions but you go to my installation: http://schoolcraft.com/whmcs and click on anything except announcements and the browser whirs and nothing happens. Finally it says IE cannot display web page. Same in Chrome and Firefox. What did I do wrong?? I am asking this in pre-sales to see how soon I get a response. Customer service is very important to me - either through community or company. My previousd questions to company (1rst - replied to right away) (2nd - not yet)
