I keep a bookmark to this page: ...supporttickets.php?view=active&orderby=status
Whenever I'm on this or any other page of support tickets, and I reload the page, either by clicking reload or by entering a support ticket and then hitting "back", or even by reclicking my bookmark, the sort order of the page of tickets is reversed.
Thus we go from having the good stuff (in process, customer reply, open) on top, to having all the "answered" tickets on the top.
This is disconcerting, and it would be nice if it could be addressed.
