Update: Since I've posted this, I've researched to find that my enom account was only a retail account which is the default when I first set it up. How you know this is you log into "enom central". I have to upgrade my account to a "reseller" account before I can register domain names for my customers. I'll consider this complete. thanks, Tim

Hi, I'm processing my first customer and having issues with processing their domain name registration in enom. I have the enom account setup (I think properly). I accidentally had the "test mode" checkbox on when the customer tried to process the domain name registration. I received an error: "Error: Bad User name or Password" I have unchecked the "test mode" check box and attempted it again manually and got another error: "This is not a reseller account" My question: apparently a setting is not correct. How do I test the enom setup? Any other ideas? Thanks for your help, Tim
