Hello all,
Recently I just had a client sign up with my business and upon their signing up, they were sent the standard email that contains all of the details for their hosting account. However, when they had opened the email, there was nothing there except some css formatting (which is not supposed to be seen)
The email did not contain any actual details, and this only has stemmed after i had made some minor changes to the shared hosting account email.
I was wondering why this would happen?
Is there a way i can just reset the email template? because the rest of them seem to work ok....
