Where to go to reissue license upon IP change

I changed my IP address and my whmcs stopped letting me into the admin area with this error message (key is partially redacted): However, I cannot find in the WHMCS client area where I can reissue my license to save the new IP? Can someone please help me with step by step directions to find this location? Thank you, wr
