user can not upload a file bigger than 5 Mg in support ticket . I Set Upload_Max = 20 Mg in php.ini and Extention_timeout to 3000 . when user upload big file whm try to upload it but after few minutes the blank page is shown and ticket not saving . .---------------------- I test this problem in local host but this problem never happened . Please guide me .
