Yes I have manually incremented it but did not make any changes to the package in whm. Will this problem happen when I reset the password for the hosting account and save it in whmcs so that the settings is reverted back. Regards,

Hi, I have some problem in whmcs. I had set a package to a hosting account (Let say package1 of 1000Mb) in whmcs. After few months my client told me that he need more disk space for the hosting account and I changed it to 2000Mb in whm so that I can use the same package for the hosting account. It was fine for few months but after some months when I noticed I found that the hosting account again using the 1000Mb. Could you guys please tell me what might be the reason why this has happened?
