Does anyone know how I can have the "add package" option and many more available by default for all my new Reseller Account creations in WHM. I have setup up a test account and when I login I see only a few options available. Is this something I have to do Manually every time a Reseller Account is created. Im not sure how ACL works. I do not want to go into each Reseller Account to add more functions everytime. Can anyone help with this.

Im not sure what's going on but I can't login whm while in whmcs, neither can I login into cpanel or webmail anymore. is this a firewall issue. I click the button the first time and the server timed out now when I click the buttons it does nothing. It was working at one point in time. I just recently installed the whmcs upgrade patch 4.4.2 not sure if this is the cause. I also did an automatic upgrade for ConfigServer Security & Firewall - csf v5.16 in WHM. does anyone have a clue what this can be. I haven't launched my site yet bet if I did have clients they wouldn't be able to access cpanel/webmail. Im stumped!!
