  1. I'm a noob reseller, and I'm wondering what the standard practice is for domain transfers. If someone transfers a domain that has say 3 years left until it expires do you charge them just the transfer fee and then resume charging them once they get to their expiration date? Are there laws about this, or is it really just up to how you want to do it? Also, in WHMCS when a client transfers a domain name their expiration date automatically gets put as 00/00/0000 and their next due date gets put for a year later. So out of the box it seems WHMCS is set up to charge as if the domain wasn't already paid for for xx amount of years at a different registrar. Hope my question is clear enough to get some advice from some of you pros.
  2. Hello, Just wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for a reseller account for cloud hosting? Currently, I'm using Hostnine. The pros are the price, offering cloud hosting and the WHMCS license. The cons are the stability of the whole system and the support system being ticket only with certain departments taking quite some time to respond. I'd love to find a parent company that has integrated into their reseller program auto account creations for shared cloud hosting, VPS, Dedicated, Dedicated IPs, and SSL certs, and white labeled support. Any suggestions?
