  1. Vb28, can you clarify what you mean by the whole process being automated? I may be completely wrong, but it sounds like you want resellers to be able to bill their own clients through a white-label section of WHMCS, which isn't a feature. Once a reseller purchases space off of you, the billing and reselling of that space does not usually fall to you, but your client.
  2. But Spookedout, they're not signing up for WHMCS, they're signing up for hosting. WHMCS is just the billing and ordering program they use in order to pay for and get access to that hosting. I think we all want you to establish this: Why specifically do you not want customers to access WHMCS if they don't pay immediately? Is it because of FAQs or Downloads that you only want registered customers to see?
  3. In relation to this topic: I haven't had pro-rata enabled, and thus have clients billed throughout the month. I'd like to keep it like that for existing clients. Therefore, I just wanted to confirm that ticking the pro-rata box only affected new orders - am I right? Much appreciated.
