  1. Thanks Brian for your reply however you didn't get my point exactly I do know this option but what I'm looking for is different. In your example it's about one service but with variety of quantity and I mean you have for example Disk Space from 1GB to 100GB maybe $1 per GB than 100GB is $100 But what I'm looking for is Disk Space 1GB to 100GB ... $1 per GB if 1VM but $2 per GB if 2VMs and so on!
  2. Hello Everybody, How can you use multiplication and division in WHMCS pricing. If you are Cloud Servers provider than your pricing will be based on how many VMs your clients choose for example: 1VM, 1 vCPU, 1 vRAM, 20GB SAN, etc. will be $30 per month 2VMs, 1 vCPU, 1 vRAM, 20GB SAN, etc. will be $60 per month At configurable options we've added Virtual Machines option but when pricing we can't use x2 or *2 so whatever the client choose the price remains as 1VM any advices?
  3. Try to re-upload WHMCS files and be sure that your FTP isn't interrupting or losing any files, once done go to general in your WHMCS admin area and be sure you've selected the right options save and exit. Your final system is to clear your browser cache or try access WHMCS from another device (PC or Mobile) definitely this will save your day!
  4. How to hide certain configuration option selection by product id? For example if you have Dedicated Server 1, Dedicated Server 2, Dedicated Server 3 all share the same configuration option group, however in the sub-options you might have different selection example 4GB RAM, 8GB RAM, 16GB RAM Only Dedicated Server 1 can upgrade to 4GB since it comes with 2GB by default and the other by default it have 4GB so hiding 4GB is better than creating multi-groups for each dedicated server package. Also is there a way to direct link the customer to certain configuration option selection?
