  1. How do I setup a second company in my WHMCS application? I have 1 company running fine. I am adding a second company that needs it's own logos for emails and invoices, it's own support and reply email addresses, and it's own financial totals snapshot. I have created client groups to distinguish customers and setup separate products. Cindyd
  2. I recommend IP.Pay. We recently switched. They are very customer friendly and helpful. They know the WHMCS product well. They have a very nice test mode for development. And their reporting portal is very slick and feature rich. We switch because of hidden prices in our old gateway vendor. Have not had any complaints from accounting of hidden costs or surprises since switching. Cindyd
  3. How do I setup a second IP.Pay payment gateway? I have 2 different payment gateways, both using ip.pay. One is setup and running well. I need to setup a second one, that has a different account number. Both will be active. How can I do this? I do not have an option to choose IP.Pay again from my Activate Gateway list.   4. I have 1 fully owned license and have developed our new WHMCS billing system. All customers and orders have been migrated. I am ready to move my system to it's production server and roll it out as our production billing application. To keep a development environment, will I need to purchase an additional license? Cindyd

  6. Thank you for the answers. #3. I have customers that only want to see a consolidated bill for all 10 sites they are charged for, and other customers that want to see by line item each domain site and the charge (even though it is the same amount). Cindy
  7. I am evaluating this software to determine if it meets the billing needs of my company. I have been impressed with the demo, but have a few questions. Can billing cycles be user-defined by client? Can I specify by customer automatic vs. require approval on invoice generation? Can invoices be custom by customer? How do I setup charging for overages (like bandwidth)? What if my payment gateway is not on the list? Thank you in advance for assisting me in my evaluation. Cindy
