What if I'm only concerned with future transactions, invoices etc for current customers using the currency?

I'm currently using USD and GBP as currencies in my WHMCS. I have some customers who are using GBP but I'd like to get rid of it. I'd rather just have USD. 1) Can I just delete GBP and WHMCS will convert anyone that was using GBP over to USD? 2) Do you see any problems with this or reasons to not do it? Thanks for your help!

How do I do First 2 months free? Looking at http://wiki.whmcs.com/Promotions it doesnt really clarify. It mentions Limited Recurring Discounts (eg. First 2 months free) but theres not that specific option for me. Thanks
